I use EMDR therapy to help you work through your hardest experiences so you can live a more rewarding life. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and it helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Experiencing trauma can block the brain's natural way to recover from distressing events. EMDR therapy is designed to reactivate this natural healing process through alternating eye movements, sounds, or taps. For many clients, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other psychotherapies.
