Daughters Connected 4-week healing group is for women ready to release shame, reclaim their worth, and connect through shared experiences of father absence. If you grew up with a physically absent, emotionally unavailable, or inconsistent father, you may carry silent wounds that still show up in your adult life—in your relationships, confidence, boundaries, and sense of self-worth. Daughters Connected is a 4-week virtual healing group designed to help you name the pain, break the silence, and begin the journey back to yourself. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
What to Expect:
Weekly 75-minute virtual group sessions (via Zoom)
Journaling prompts and guided self-reflection

Weekly Themes Overview
Week 1: Naming the Pain Explore what the father wound is and how it may be showing up in your adult life. Begin breaking the silence and owning your story. Week 2: Releasing the Shame Challenge the belief that it was your fault. We’ll begin shifting from blame to self-compassion. We will challenge you thoughts, explore your emotions and replace old coping skills that are no longer serving you. Week 3: Reclaiming Your Voice Learn how father absence shaped your boundaries and relationships—and begin writing a new story, on your terms. Week 4: Embracing Your Worth Step into your healing. Reinforce your identity, worth, and power—independent of anyone else’s love or approval.
